Montgomery most certainly did lie to the members of DLGC on a number of important issues concerning his meeting with Patrick Coen on 26th August 2002. Could he also have lied on the key issues of the Lisney valuation reports and the Ballyman development costs, including ˆ17.4 million?

Why has the Parent Council of DLGC failed to investigate Montgomery’s denials and lies in a comprehensive and transparent manner? Does such a failure suggest a cover-up and if so why?

Does truth, honesty and integrity no longer matter in DLGC?
